Banco Santander's General Shareholders' Meeting on March 27, 2026, approved the allocation of EUR 11,113,251,675.00 in separate profits for financial year 2025, with EUR 3,519,738,223.53 allocated to dividends and EUR 7,593,513,451.47 to voluntary reserves.
