In accordance with the Emerson Electric Co. Statement of Corporate
Governance Principles and Practices, Leticia Gonçalves Lourenco tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”)
following a change in company and position relating to her principal occupation. On March 10, 2025, the Board accepted her
resignation, effective immediately.
