(“Sierra Wireless”) issued a joint press release announcing receipt by the two companies of a request for additional information and documentary material, commonly referred to as a “second request,” from the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with the Company’s pending acquisition of Sierra Wireless.
