Arch Capital Group Ltd. will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders virtually on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. local Bermuda time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time). Shareholders will vote on four proposals, including the election of three Class I Directors, an advisory vote on named executive officer compensation, the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm, and the election of certain subsidiary directors. The Board recommends a "FOR" vote on all proposals.
