On March 6, 2013, the Board of Directors of Espey Mfg. & Electronics Corp. approved new Executive Employment Agreements with Mark St. Pierre, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Office, David O’Neil, the Company’s Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, and Peggy Murphy, the Company’s Director of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary.
