ALLSTATE CORP files DEF 14A

The Allstate Corporation's 2026 Annual Meeting will ask shareholders to elect 11 directors, approve executive compensation on an advisory basis, ratify Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent auditor, and vote against a shareholder proposal regarding ESG and DEI metrics in executive compensation. The Board recommends voting FOR all proposals except the shareholder proposal.
