Securities and Exchange Commission, the Company scheduled its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) for July 1, 2024. The Company has moved its previously announced record date for the determination of the Company’s shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting from May 15, 2024 to the close of business on May 23, 2024.
