Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on November 10, 2022 (the “Initial Form 8-K”), as amended by the Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K/A filed with the SEC on November 10, 2022 (the “First Amendment”), to file the information required by Item 9.01(a) of Form 8-K related to the completion of the previously announced acquisition of SUNation Solar Systems, Inc. and certain of its affiliated entities. Except as stated herein, no other information contained in the Initial Form 8-K or the First Amendment has been amended.   Item 9.01.
