On October 3, 2022, Pineapple Energy Inc. (the "Company") announced that its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") is scheduled for December 7, 2022. The record date for the determination of the Company's shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting is the close of business on October 18, 2022.
