Company Update

The Hartford Insurance Group, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Hartford Funds business to Wellington Management Company LLP for $300 million in cash at closing, plus ongoing economic participation. This transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
