Item  7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure This Form 8-K/A amends the Form 8-K filed by Edison International and Southern California Edison Company (“SCE”) on November 8, 2016 in connection with remarks given by Pedro Pizarro, President and Chief Executive Officer of Edison International, at the EEI Financial Conference on November 8, 2016 (the “Original 8-K”). Edison International and SCE are furnishing this Form 8-K/A for the sole purpose of correcting a reference to Senate Bill 32 that should be a reference to Assembly Bill 2868 on page 6 of the prepared remarks, which are furnished with this report on amended Exhibit 99.1. No other changes to the Original 8-K have been made. The updated version of Exhibit 99.1 is attached hereto and supersedes Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Form 8-K in its entirety.
