Novo Nordisk A/S reported DKK 59,618 million in operating profit for Q1 2026, an increase of 54% in DKK and 65% at constant exchange rates (CER), driven by a provision reversal related to the 340B Drug Pricing Program in the US. Adjusted operating profit, excluding this reversal, decreased by 15% in DKK and 6% at CER to DKK 32,858 million.
