(“CTB”), the principal bank subsidiary of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. (“CTBI”), received an Order Terminating Consent Order indicating that CTB’s Consent Order with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (“FRB”) dated July 25, 2018 (the “Consent Order”) was terminated by the FRB effective December 7, 2020.  See CTBI’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on July 26, 2018 for more information regarding the Consent Order.
