Item 5.02.    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On May 19, 2025, Ms. Victoria Harding notified Telos Corporation (the “Company”) that she is resigning as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, effective May 30, 2025, to pursue a new professional opportunity. The Company will commence the search for Ms. Harding’s replacement. Pending that replacement, Assistant Controller Brian Bienert will assume the role of Interim Controller. . .
