Rosen, Vice President/CLO of the Company, gave notice to the Company of her decision to retire upon the appointment of a successor Vice President/CLO. The Company has engaged a recruiting firm to conduct the search for a new chief legal officer. Internal and external candidates are being considered. The Company expects to complete the search and appoint a new chief legal officer in early calendar 2016.
