On February 17, 2021, a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation (the “Company”) completed the acquisition of all of the outstanding equity of OSW Equipment and Repair, LLC, a manufacturer of dump truck bodies and custom upfitter of truck equipment and trailers (“the Acquisition”).
