On April 2, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing that, due to the current government restrictions and uncertainty as a result of the coronavirus outbreak, and in the interests of the health of the public and its stockholders, directors and employees, the Company has decided to cancel the option to attend the Annual Meeting in person and will instead hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders virtually via the Internet. The full text of the Company’s press release regarding this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated by reference herein.
