Item 1.01. Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On December 14, 2020, Coeur Mining, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Credit Agreement, as previously amended, by and among the Company, certain subsidiaries of the Company, as guarantors, the lenders party thereto and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent (the “Credit Agreement”). The Amendment increases the maximum principal amount of the credit facility provided under the Credit Agreement by $50.0 million in incremental loans and commitments to an aggregate of $300.0 million.
A copy of the Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The description of the Amendment is a summary only and is qualified in its entirety by the terms of the Credit Agreement as amended by the Amendment.
