Retirement of Vice President of Customer Service On January 29, 2024, Vernon L. Bracey, Vice President of Customer Service of The York Water Company ("the Company"), notified the Company of his intent to retire on September 1, 2024.  Mr. Bracey has been with the Company since 1998 and has served as Vice President of Customer Service since 2003.  He will continue to perform the duties of his position and participate in the benefits outlined in the Company's Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 17, 2023, until his retirement.
