On September 12, 2020, James H. Cawley, Esq. retired from the Board of Directors of The York Water Company pursuant to the Company's retirement policy.  Mr. Cawley had been a director of the Company starting in October 2016.  Mr. Cawley served as Chairman of the Nomination and Corporate Governance from May 2018 to May 2019 and Vice Chairman of the Nomination and Corporate Governance from May 2019 to September 2020 as well as serving as a member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance and Executive Committees from time to time during his tenure.  Mr. Cawley will be designated as a Director Emeritus.
