World Acceptance Corporation (the "Company") held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") on August 16, 2023. Of the 6,240,497 shares outstanding and entitled to vote, 5,736,465 shares were represented at the Annual Meeting, which constituted a quorum. At the Annual Meeting the Company's shareholders voted on the matters disclosed in the Company's definitive Proxy Statement of Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 17, 2023 (the "Proxy Statement").
