Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 23, 2020, Winnebago Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a temporary suspension of most of the Company’s production activities in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus situation. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will provide further updates on its second quarter earnings call currently scheduled for Wednesday, March 25th, at 9:00 am Central Standard Time.
