On November 10, 2015, the Company issued a news release announcing that it is delaying the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 26, 2015. The filing is delayed because the Company requires additional time to complete a review and analysis of certain potential adjustments to its historical financial statements related to self-insurance reserves.
