Ms. Claassen’s decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. Ms. Claassen, who has served as a member of the Board since 2015, also served as a member of the Compensation Committee and the Finance Committee. Effective upon Ms. Claassen's resignation as a director, the size of the Company's Board will be reduced from 12 to 11 directors.
