On August 21, 2023, Sarah R. Teachout, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Trinity Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), notified Trinity of her intention to resign from employment with the Company to pursue another employment opportunity outside the Company, effective September 8, 2023. The Company has commenced a search for her successor.
