On August 2, 2022, Trinity Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) realigned its Services Operations organization. The primary customer-facing departments of the Services Operations organization have been combined with the Company’s commercial sales organization to create one Customer Solutions organization, headed by Gregory B. Mitchell, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Other departments in the former Services Operations organization will be realigned into other existing departments. In connection with this organizational realignment, the employment of Brian D. Madison, the Company's Executive Vice President, Services Operations, will end following a transition period.
