Shaw, Executive Vice President & Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer and Corporate Secretary of Southwest Airlines Co. (the “Company”), submitted his resignation from his positions of Executive Vice President & Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective June 1, 2024. Item 7.01.
