O n September 8, 2023, the Company issued a press release, announcing the completion of the purchase of the remaining equity interest in RTS Packaging, LLC, from joint venture partner WestRock Company ("WestRock") and one WestRock paper mill in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The purchase price was $330 million, subject to customary price adjustments. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 her eto and is incorporated herein by reference.
