On January 26, 2022, SIFCO Industries, Inc. (the "Company") held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The following matters set forth in our definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A dated December 10, 2021 and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission were voted on at our Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the results of such voting are indicated below. 1. On January 26, 2022, at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the Company provided an update regarding the status of the loan the Company received under the Paycheck Protection Program under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (such loan, the “PPP Loan”). As previously reported, the Company received an unsecured $5.0 million loan under this program, of which $0.3 million was repaid in fiscal 2020, and the Company had applied for forgiveness of all of its PPP Loan. The Company received notice that the PPP Loan and accrued interest thereon (including the amounts repaid) have been fully forgiven by the Small Business Administration effective January 25, 2022.
