This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed to provide the Company's estimate of exit costs that it will incur due to the closure of its Alliance manufacturing plant as required by Item 2.05 of Form 8-K. Item 2.05 Costs Associated with Exit or Disposal Activities. In connection with the closure, the Company estimates that it will incur total pre-tax exit costs of approximately $4.7 million to $5.7 million, including cash separation costs of approximately $0.3 million.
