Lawley, M.D. informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Rollins, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to retire from the Board at the end of his current term and therefore will not stand for reelection to the Board at the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 26, 2022.  Dr. Lawley has served on the Board for 16 years, having joined the Board in October 2006. ​ Item 9.01.
