Doss was elected to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Regal Rexnord Corporation. At the time of the filing of the original Current Report on Form 8-K relating to Mr. Doss’ election (the “Initial Form 8-K”), the Board had not yet determined Mr. Doss’ committee assignments. This amendment to the Initial Form 8-K is being filed to report that, on March 9, 2023, the Board appointed Mr. Doss to the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, with such appointment effective as of April 17, 2023.
