On November 23, 2021, Regal Rexnord Corporation (the "Company") completed its acquisition of Arrowhead Systems, a global leader in providing industrial process automation solutions, in an all-cash transaction. The Company values the transaction at approximately $297 million. Arrowhead Systems joins the Company as part of its Motion Control Solutions segment. A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing the closing of the transaction is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
