(the “Company”) received notification from Scott E. Rozzell that Mr. Rozzell intends to retire from the board of directors of the Company effective at the end of his current term, which will expire at the 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Rozzell’s decision to retire is not related to any disagreement with the Company over any of its operations, policies or practices.
