On March 31, 2025, James K. Parks, Executive Vice President and President, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia of The Brink’s Company (the “Company”), notified the Company that he plans to retire on May 1, 2025. In connection with Mr. Parks’ retirement, Michael Gabay, President, Brink’s France, will become Executive Vice President and President, Europe and Nader Antar, Executive Vice President and President, Brink’s Global Services, will expand his responsibilities to include the Rest of World segment.
