Johnson notified PepsiCo, Inc. (“PepsiCo”) of his decision not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors (the “Board”), to devote more time to his personal and other professional commitments, and to retire from the Board when his current term expires at PepsiCo’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Johnson will continue to serve as a member of the Board until the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
