On July 25, 2024, Olin Corporation (“Olin”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024. Attached as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02, is a copy of Olin’s press release dated July 25, 2024. Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure. On July 24, 2024, Olin’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 on each share of Olin common stock. The dividend is payable on September 13, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2024. This marks Olin’s 391st consecutive quarterly dividend.
