(b) On April 5, 2022, Arthur L. George, Jr., a member of the Board of Directors of Nordson Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective May 27, 2022. Mr. George has indicated that his departure from the Board is for personal reasons and is not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board. The Company thanks Mr. George for his dedicated service.
