(the “Company”) issued a press release discussing results of operations for the quarter and year ended September 29, 2018 . A copy of the press release is included as exhibit 99.1 of this report. Item 8.01 Other Events On November 2, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.25 per share on the Company's issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 3, 2018 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2018. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.2 of this report.
