Krause, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, and the appointment of MSA Chief Accounting Officer, Jonathan D. Buck, as interim Chief Financial Officer effective August 26, 2022. This amendment is being filed to report that in connection with his appointment as interim Chief Financial Officer, adjustments have been made to Mr. Buck’s annual base salary and long-term equity compensation . Other than the preceding disclosure, no other disclosure reported in the original filing is being modified pursuant to this amendment .
