Brandon submitted his resignation as a director of MillerKnoll, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of the date of the Company’s 2023 annual meeting of shareholders. In May of 2022, Mr. Brandon became executive chairman of Domino's Pizza, Inc., a company subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or otherwise referred to as a "public company." Mr. Brandon’s other public company board service commitments limit his ability to continue as a director of the Company.
