(the “Company”) since early 2022, resigned from the Board effective June 12, 2023. Ms. Erkan’s resignation comes following her recent appointment as Governor of Türkiye’s Central Bank and is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
