On February 13, 2026, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (the “Company”) announced that the Board has declared an increased quarterly cash dividend to common stockholders of $0.30 per share, up 7% from its previous $0.28 per share quarterly dividend. The dividend will be payable March 13, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 27, 2026. The press release issued by the Company in connection with the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
