On October 13, 2021, Shai Soloveizik Zamir, Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain at Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his intention to resign from his position, effective December 31, 2021. Mr. Soloveizik Zamir’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
