Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On February 12, 2025, Kelly Services, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by Donald R. Parfet that he intends to retire as a director effective as of the date of the Company’s 2025 annual shareholders meeting. Mr. Parfet has been a director since 2004 and completed a five-year term as Chairman of the Board from 2018 to 2023. Additionally, he served as the board's Lead Director from 2012 to 2018. The Board of Directors sincerely appreciates Mr. Parfet's dedicated service to the Company and its shareholders. Mr. Parfet’s decision did not result from any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
