Item 8.01    Other Events. On May 20, 2025, Jacobs Solutions Inc. (the "Company") issued an information statement providing supplemental information (the “Supplemental Information”) on its previously announced distribution to its shareholders of 7,299,065 shares of common stock of Amentum Holdings Inc. ("Amentum'), through a special pro rata dividend. Following the distribution of these shares to the Company's shareholders, the Company will not own any shares of Amentum common stock.
