Item 8.01 Other Events Dividend On January 16, 2020, the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders in the amount of $0.19 per share of the Company’s common stock. This represents a 12% increase in the quarterly dividend. This dividend will be paid on February 28, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 31, 2020. Future dividend payments are subject to review and approval by the Board.
