Nunes’ announcement of his retirement as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Rayonier Inc. (the “Company”), effective March 31, 2024, the Board announced its intention to appoint Mark D. McHugh as a member of the Board on April 1, 2024 (the “Transition Date”). On March 8, 2024, the Board elected Mr. McHugh as a director of the Board to be effective on the Transition Date.
