On November 30, 2021, Rayonier, L.P. (the “Partnership”), as successor to Rayonier Inc., elected to exercise its optional redemption rights to redeem all of its outstanding 3.750% Senior Notes due 2022 (the “Notes”) in the original aggregate principal amount of $325,000,000, and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee under the indenture governing the Notes, as supplemented (the “Indenture”), issued redemption notices to registered holders of the Notes. The date fixed for the redemption of the Notes is January 4, 2022 (the “Redemption Date”). The Notes will be redeemed at 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the Redemption Date in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Indenture.
