[ ] Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure On May 4, 2026, John Whelan, Imperial Oil Limited’s (the “company”) chairman, president and chief executive officer, gave a presentation at the company’s annual general meeting held virtually (the “presentation”) that included an update on the company’s current operations and major projects. The presentation included information related to the company’s strategic plans, goals, growth initiatives and outlook.
